UK Orders

Postage and packing charges:

• FREE for orders over £75*
  (*applies to Standard Delivery Service only)
  
  
• Standard Delivery £3.95
  For small parcels less weighing less than 1.5kg we ship 1st Class Royal Mail on our Standard Delivery Service which can take up to 7 working days depending on the time of year. For larger parcels we use a courier service which can take up to 4 days. The Shipping charge is £3.95 for orders less than £75.
  
  
• Express Delivery £6.95
  You may prefer to use our Express service, which ensures that orders to most of UK will be delivered the next working day following the dispatch date (for all orders received before 1pm). We charge £6.95 for Express Delivery. The parcel will not need to be signed for and you are therefore able to leave deliver instructions such as "leave in porch or with neighbour".
  
  Please Note: Express deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and therefore if you order Express on Friday, this will be delivered on the following Monday.
  
  
• Delivery Address
  Your order can be delivered to an address other than the billing address such as to a neighbour, the office or as a gift to a different address.

Orders from outside Mainland UK

We welcome international orders and offer shipping worldwide. Please email us with your order so we can quote the delivery time and price in advance. We charge delivery at cost. As a general rule we can ship smaller items very competitively, but bulky items can be expensive.

Southern Ireland

Parcels weighing less than 1.5kg will be sent at our standard UK postage rate of £3.95 by Royal Mail. Unfortunately heavier bulky parcels such as dog beds or bowls will have an additional £10.00 surcharge which the Courier services charge for delivery to Southern Ireland.

Northern Ireland

Parcels weighing less than 1.5kg will be sent at our standard UK postage rate of £3.95 by Royal Mail. Unfortunately heavier bulky parcels such as dog beds or bowls will have an additional £10.00 surcharge which the Courier services charge for delivery to Northern Ireland.

Channel Islands

Parcels weighing less than 1.5kg will be sent at our standard UK postage rate of £3.95 by Royal Mail. Unfortunately heavier bulky parcels such as dog beds or bowls will have an additional £10.00 surcharge which the Courier services charge for delivery to the Channel Islands.

BFPO Addresses

Parcels weighing less than 1.5kg will be sent at our standard UK postage rate of £3.95 by Royal Mail. Unfortunately heavier bulky parcels such as dog beds or bowls will have an additional £10.00 surcharge which the Courier services charge for delivery to Southern Ireland.

Your goods will always be packed with the greatest of care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Where possible we endeavour to re-use all packaging we receive from our suppliers - this is our commitment to cutting down on unnecessary waste.
